We regularly act for settlors, trustees and beneficiaries and specialise in all matters (contentious and non-contentious) concerning the creation, re-organisation and administration of trusts.

The head of our team, Paul Beckett, is one of the Island's pre-eminent authorities on trust law and is the author of the Isle of Man Chapter of Sweet and Maxwell’s “European Cross–Border Estate Planning”.
